Kuih Cafe

Outstanding place for delicious Malaysian food. Nice place to relax, people watch, eat good, etc. Had a sister come into town and asked me to take her here again. Prices were reasonable.

In these COVID-19 times, they started to do only sets that rotate weekly (though the list of kuih they did in the Before Times looks prolific and amazing)! Check their Instagram for their weekly sets. Their nasi lemak with sambal is legit and tastes like what I had back in Malaysia. I also ordered their coconut cendol ice-cream, which was a heavenly desert. Highly recommended!

Magical, homemade Malaysian food and sweets. Worth finding out their set menu and hours every week so you can roll up, grab a handful of things made that morning and take them to a sunny bench at sarah roosevelt park :)
